Choosing Cheapest Reseller Domain
If you run hosting provider business, or web developer, may be you must have your own reseller domain. Dont know if there is any other kinds of domain panel, i only knowing 3: Name.com panel, Godaddy panel, and common panel like My-Order-Box.
Name.com
Personally i like Name.com panel, it can created many cloned and sub account. But we cant set our own pricing or make our customer to register through our own shop, and also for some hosting provider, Name.com cant integrating with hosting billing system like WHMCS and others.
GoDaddy
Godaddy is not better than Name.com, they cant create any sub account, but you can only shared to managed. From my place, Godaddy is slow to access. Beside of thats, Godaddy is knowing for good reputation in domain industry.

So ResellerClub take over ESTdomain, and price is changed, .com ext. in ResellerClub is about US$ 9.49 / year, even more expensive than Name.com (US$8.99).
Resell.biz
Resell.biz can be the cheapest domain price with their US$ 6.95 / year, but since there is many complaint about mail activation that never arrive, so forget this registar. Probably this registar has closing their service.
NetEarthOne
If you see pricing in their homepage you will see US$ 29 / year for .com ext. But, when you have register as their reseller, you will see the reseller price is very different 
. For .com ext will be price US$ 8.45. Thats not bad price.
Resellergenie
With ICANN logo in their header, Resellergenie pricing is cheapest than the others. Their price for .com ext. is US$7.75 / year, and you not only can sell domain, but also can provide hosting for your customer because Resellergenie provide hosting service too.
There are 2 hosting operating system too choose, Linux Based and Windows Based (US$ 3.99 / mo both of them). Currently i using Resellergenie for domain registration only, because most of my client application need some VPS hosting to run well.
The Cheapest Domain Pricing.
Acually, there are domain registar that more cheaper from Resellergenie. First is DomainAreFree , their price only $3.49/year !! Thats sounds unbelievable but true. Well i think for that price, DomainAreFree will become cheapest domain registar, but it will need some test and maybe find some people that have ever tried these service.
Anyway i agree for idiom like; cheap not always good, price never lie, you buy peanut, you got monkey. But i believe too, that cheap not always meaning bad.

There are some wrong information on you site like
ResellerClub (previously ESTdomains), Actually resellerclub existed long before estdomain came into picture, its just that when estdomains accreditation was revoked by ICANN, resellerclub took over the domains which was earlier with estdomains.
I am a reseller with http://www.resellerclub.com for the last 4+ year and i get domain at $ 7.89 with them.
Plus it has got a very advanced white label control panel and i think they are the best reseller centric domain registrar
Also, oderbox is a product of http://logicboxes.com/ and the parent company of http://logicboxes.com/ and http://www.resellerclub.com is the same and many top registrar uses this solution.

Hello Abbas, thank you for correcting and gave some more info.
For ResellerClub i know that they have existed before EST domain. I mean there, is in my view and opinion as EST Domain customer that now have migrate into ResellerClub. (So i mean i’m previously on ESTDomains, not EST Domain change / create their new company) I have fixed that typo.
About the pricing, i dont know, maybe because you are their old customer so you got $7.89 ? or may be should i re-register so i got same price like you? (currently i have $9.49 / domain not including Paypal fee)
Also i have read about Slab pricing, $7.89 if only you have US$2999 deposit, well i dont think thats suitable for me since my monthly expense for domain is only 1 – 5, so currently i only deposit for max. 5 domain / mo.
And thats nice information about Logicboxes, i didnt know before that Logicboxes is company who developed MyOrderBox. I like their private label domain control panel.
