You dont have to own your DNS server, or any database installed, this is kind of remote DNS managed from the 3rd party server. EveryDNS PHP API

Script that useful to have remote access for managed DNS in your own site. The DNS server still in EveryDns, so you must have free account there. Written in PHP, this script will use cUrl function to work.
