Twitter Cant Login Or Reset Password

Today i lost my second Twitter.com account after my first Twitter cannot recovery. This time lost because i log out, and then failed try to login again (i’m sure my password is right because i always saving my password on my old cell phone). Trying to using “Forgot” (Password) feature not helped too.

First i click “Forgot” and there is confirmation message that instructin to resetting my password has sent to my mail..

But what happen?? 5 times i tried and all is failed!! my password cant recovery because their system do not recognize my request.
The message is: Sorry we couldn’t verify that this user requested a password reset

Not sure i want to create new account again or not :( When i search on internet, there is many cases like me..
